According to REACH SVHC, 2009/425/EC and 2009/251/EC, there are 13 additional chemical substances had been added. Below as the summary of updates.

Criteria 1 has been modified and the limitation to 24 months has been removed.

Regulatory updates triggered the revision of JIG-101 declarable substance list,    Cobalt dichloride, dibutyltin/dioctyltin compounds, trisubstituted organostannic compounds and dimethyl fumarate have been added. The separate entry of Decabromodiphenylether (DecaBDE) for TV/monitor housing has been removed based on legislative changes. DecaDBE is now covered under the generic PBDE entry.

Annex F – REACH Screening methodology has been refined.

The modified screening has been applied to the candidate list (with entries from Oct. 28, 2008 & Jan. 13, 2010), the Registry of Intentions (considering those entries until November 2009) and to those substances from previous consultations that have not been transferred to the candidate list. In total 7 additional substances have been identified to be relevant for the EE industry and added to Annex A.

Clarification added, that for substances with threshold levels referring to materials or specific applications more detailed reporting is required.
